The problem
The funeral service needed a calm, clear website: a person in a difficult situation should see within a minute what a service includes, how much it costs and how to get in touch.
The second part of the job was the staff workspace. Contracts were put together by hand, and package contents and prices lived separately from the website.
What was done
The site is built around service packages: contents, price, options and separate pages for full-service funerals, cremation and transportation. Every screen offers a call and a consultation, and content and articles are managed from the admin area.
In the admin area an employee builds a contract from a ready-made package or from scratch. The system calculates the total, the discount and the state burial allowance, numbers contracts by type and generates a PDF.
The manager sees monthly analytics: the number and total of contracts, lead sources, popular packages and the status of allowances. Packages and prices are edited in one place.
All data on the CRM screens is fictional: names, phone numbers, addresses and amounts were generated for the demo. No personal data of real people is shown.
Business value
The website and contract management work as one system: prices on the site and in contracts come from the same packages, a contract takes a few steps to prepare, and the manager sees where clients come from and which packages they choose.
