Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026.

1. Who I am

This website, https://sobolinskii.ru, is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Igor Sobolinskii (Tax ID (INN) 381257713090, OGRNIP 326385000111140), a sole proprietor registered in the Russian Federation. In this policy, “I” and “me” refer to the operator.

This policy explains what information I collect through the site and when you contact me, how I use it and what choices you have. Because I am established in Russia, my processing is also subject to Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; the Russian-language policy describes how that law applies.

2. Information I collect

Information you send me. The site has no accounts, no registration and no working forms: it does not collect or transmit your name, contact details or project description. I receive personal information only when you choose to email or message me. In that case I receive:

  • the name you give me;
  • your email address, phone number or messenger username, depending on how you contact me;
  • the content of your message and anything else you decide to share.

Technical data. When a page is opened, the web server receives your IP address and basic browser information. This is needed to deliver the page and protect the site. The web server does not keep this data in logs, and I do not use it to identify you or combine it with your messages.

Analytics data, only if you opt in. If you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, the site loads the Yandex Metrica analytics service. It processes cookie identifiers, your IP address, browser, device and operating system details, approximate location derived from the IP address, the date and time of the visit, the pages you view and the page you came from, and your activity on pages: clicks, scrolling and cursor movements (session replay). Text typed into fields is not recorded. Without your consent the service is not loaded and none of this is collected.

I do not ask for sensitive information such as health, financial account or government ID data. Please do not include it in your messages.

3. How I use information

  • to reply to your inquiry and discuss your project;
  • to prepare an estimate and to enter into and perform a contract;
  • to meet legal obligations, including accounting and tax records;
  • to understand how the site is used and improve it — only with your consent to analytics.

I do not send marketing emails and do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.

4. Cookies and analytics

Analytics is off by default. On your first visit the site shows a notice with “Accept” and “Decline” buttons, and the site works fully either way. Your choice and its date are saved in your browser’s local storage so the notice is not shown again; this record is not sent to me or to anyone else. Details are in the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

Because analytics runs only after you opt in, the site does not track you when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal unless you have clicked “Accept”.

5. How information is shared

I do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no advertising scripts or social media pixels on the site.

  • Analytics provider. If you opt in, analytics data is processed on my behalf by Yandex LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia) under the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use.
  • Communication services. When you write to me by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, your message is handled by the service you chose under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Legal requirements. I may disclose information when the law requires it.

6. Where information is processed

I am based in Russia. Information you send me and analytics data are processed in Russia, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Messengers you choose to use may store messages in other countries.

7. How long I keep information

  • Correspondence that does not lead to a contract: up to three years from your last message, or until you ask me to delete it.
  • Contract records: for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
  • Analytics data: until you withdraw consent, and no longer than one year from the date you gave it. After a year the site asks again.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can ask whether I hold information about you and request a copy of it.
  • You can ask me to correct or delete your information.
  • You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time: open “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Decline”. The site then removes the analytics cookies from your browser and stops loading the service.

To make a request, email sobolinskii@mail.ru from the address you used to contact me, or tell me how you got in touch so I can find your messages. I reply within 10 business days. I will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and you may contact your data protection or consumer protection authority.

9. Children’s privacy

The site is intended for business clients and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, email me and I will delete it.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Only I have access to correspondence and project documents, and my devices and accounts are protected with passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Links to other sites

The site links to Telegram, WhatsApp, GitHub and client projects. These services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

12. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy. The new version takes effect when it is posted on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
