The problem
The cleaning service needed a system that connects the customer, the cleaners and the administrator: the customer books a cleaning in the app, cleaners receive the order and work through a checklist, and the administrator manages the process.
Without a single panel, orders, team assignments, payments and customer requests would have to be handled manually in different places.
What was done
I developed an API for the customer and cleaner mobile apps and an admin panel for the operator.
An order moves through clear statuses: processing, confirmation, team assignment, cleaning, awaiting payment, completion. The order card shows the customer, address, services, amounts and the team’s earnings.
The catalog of services and add-ons is edited in the panel: prices, description, images, checklists by zone and the cleaner’s share.
Payments go through a payment gateway, customer complaints are handled in a separate section, and the dashboard shows orders in progress, today’s cleanings and payments for the month.
All data in the screenshots is fictional: names, phone numbers, addresses and amounts were generated for the demo. No personal data of real people is shown.
Business value
The operator sees the whole path of an order — from request to payment — in one panel, and the service catalog and prices change without releasing a new version of the app.
