The problem
The delivery service needed a single tool to manage the platform: mobile apps for customers, restaurants and couriers create orders, and administrators need to see and control everything in one place.
What was done
In the panel an administrator searches orders by customer, restaurant, courier, phone, status and dates, and opens the items, cost and review for each order.
Restaurants are managed with their owner, payment methods, loyalty program, minimum order and delivery terms. Users with roles and couriers with availability have their own sections.
Restaurant owners get their own area: profile, menu, orders, history and analytics.
All data in the screenshots is fictional: names, phone numbers, addresses and amounts were generated for the demo. No personal data of real people is shown.
Business value
Administrators manage orders, restaurants and couriers from one panel, and restaurant owners run their own menus and orders.
