The problem

Tours were sold through messages and phone calls: staff had to confirm the date, count tickets and take prepayment by hand.

The client needed a website where guests pick a route and a date and pay for the booking themselves, while staff see all requests in one place.

What was done

A guest chooses a tour, a date and the number of adult and child tickets, books without registration and pays a 10% deposit online. The balance is paid before the tour starts.

After payment the guest receives an email with the practical details.

In the admin panel staff manage tours, prices and booking periods, and see bookings and payments with statuses and statistics for a period.

All data on the admin screens is fictional: names, phone numbers, addresses and amounts were generated for the demo. No personal data of real people is shown.

Business value

Booking and prepayment happen without a manager, and all requests, payments and the tour schedule are gathered in one panel.
